Elsa Elbert
FOUNDER + PRESIDENT
Elsa is the founder and CEO of Composed Living, a professional organization company based in Los Angeles. She is also the host of the Composed Living with Elsa Elbert podcast, and the proprietor of the Composed Living retail + event space in Woodland Hills.
With a Masters in Organizational Leadership, Elsa has used her leadership skills in industries ranging from healthcare to telecom, always building teams with a service first mentality, and inspiring people with her commitment to personal growth.
Composed Giving was born out of Elsa’s desire to help more people while also doing something to help our beautiful planet.

Chad Elbert
TREASURER
Chad is the Chief Revenue Officer at APM. Prior to joining APM, Chad held senior positions in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations, focused mostly in media and technology. He previously held leadership positions at IAC Citysearch, PublishThis, MobileCause, and Dentsply Sirona.
Chad has an impressive track record leading organizational vision for opening and accelerating scalable revenue channels, building and leading top performing teams, and delivering amazing customer experiences. He is a proud graduate of North Dakota State University (Go Bison!) where he graduated with a degree in Business.

Brienna McWade
SECRETARY
Brienna is chief creative and owner of advisory house design. She works in a digital capacity with clients and nonprofits across the US to offer support in creative direction, content + paid ad management, digital and branding, communications, and business growth through digital marketing strategy and product development.
With over two decades in technical writing and corporate inventory management, she combines strategic communication with her creative skillset and analytical thinking to formulate fresh designs and thoughtful brand campaigns.
Brienna has extensive experience with entrepreneurship, start-up, and brand ownership including launching CPG, B2C, and B2B brands as well as brick & mortar retail ventures.

Laura Dicterow
SUSTAINABILITY DIRECTOR
Laura is a Communication major from UC San Diego, with a long commitment to raising the awareness of animal welfare and environmental issues. Her career has been dedicated to her passion, non-profit animal protection, for over 25 years. She was on staff for The Humane Society of the United States Hollywood Office (formerly The Ark Trust) for nearly 20 years.
As a volunteer, she worked for Return to Freedom Wild Horse Sanctuary managing their special events. She has been involved as a volunteer for Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, California Wildlife Center, and Nature of Wildworks. She served for many years on the Board of Directors for Growing Great.
She most recently serves as Board Chair for Habits of Waste.
